30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards or downloadable products;
• Final sale/clearance items if marked;
• Opened personal-use consumables, unless defective.

How to Start a Return

1. Email lethulinh271@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. We will send return instructions and, if applicable, a return label or RMA.
3. Ship the item within 14 days after approval.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

For damaged or defective items, contact us to arrange a replacement when available.
